Bamboo Sleeps offer Pick up locally in Rockhampton or ship anywhere in Australia. 

Australian Shipping

We offer $2.50 shipping proctection that follow Australia Post Terms & Confitions. If your order is over $100 we highly recommend you choose this option, as we don't take responsibility for loss or damage from Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping typically takes 7-14 days to arrive excluding any time for customs entry. 

  • International Express + No Signature - $25 - no insurance, no signature required at time of delivery
  • International Express + Signature - $30 - no insurance, signature required at time of delivery
TAXES, IMPORT AND DUTY FEES

Bamboo Sleeps is not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT Fees. The fee varies and is determined by each country. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur. We are unable to mark orders as “gift” or “sample” to lessen duty charges.

Your items will be shipped out within 2-3 business days after receiving the order.
You will receive your tracking number when your order has been full-filled if you pop your email address in the order, please check your junk/spam folder too. 

Bamboo Sleeps takes no responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by Australia Post or their affiliates.

I think my order is lost with Australia Post.
Oh no! The best way to deal with this is to directly contact the courier as they will have further information. 
Please visit: https://auspost.com.au/help-and-support, there is an enquiry, online chat or call option. 
Australia Post will directly keep you updated if they open up an enquiry. 
Once your parcel leaves us we take no responsibility of delayed, lost or damaged items through Australia Post as you can imagine this is out of our control. 

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

We understand that when buying over the internet, it can be harder to find that perfect fit but we really would love you to be always comfy in your bamboo xoxo 

We have a 30-day return policy, 30 days starts from the date of purchase to when it is received at our warehouse
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unmarked & unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of mind (include incorrect sizing) these return items must be returned to us at the customers expense, safely, unopened and in their original packaging and condition with proof of purchase. Your return value will be credited to you in a store credit by email excluding postage. 

Please select your items with care, as refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty. Should you find your items faulty we will provide a replacement product or where not possible, refund the item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items or gift cards. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges for incorrect sizing. 

We totally understand that trying to work out sizing can be a little harder over the internet, we do our best with our sizing guides but your more than welcome to reach out to me & i'll help as much as i can.

If the sizing is incorrect please email us & our process is once agreed upon that you make a separate purchase for the correct size & return the incorrect size & we will process the return for you. 

We Will Keep In Contact with You!
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your parcel, and let you know if your query was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your original payment method to be processed via bank/credit card or afterpay.

All exchange shipping is done at the customer's own expense and we recommend you use a-prepaid traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. BAMBOO SLEEPS takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable.
