If you're local to Rockhampton, you can select free local pick-up at checkout. We'll let you know when your order’s ready to collect.

Australia-Wide Shipping

We ship anywhere in Australia. Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
Tracking is sent via email – please check your junk/spam folder just in case.

Want extra flexibility? For $3, you can add our Free Return Guarantee at checkout. If something’s not quite right (excluding sale items), your return postage is covered.

  3. We’ll confirm your return meets the checklist and send you a prepaid return label
  4. Print it at home, or just show it at AusPost and they’ll print it for you

We offer Express International Shipping to New Zealand and the USA. Delivery time is typically 7–14 business days, excluding customs processing.

  • $22 – Express, no signature (no insurance)
  • $30 – Express, signature required (no insurance)
