We totally understand that when buying over the internet, it can be harder to find that perfect fit.  

So, we have a 14-day return policy for store credit only to be used within 12 months of issue, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

But girl, if you wore it, you bought it. We won't accept returns for the following: clothes that have been worn, damaged, washed or marked in anyway. If you have changed your mind or wrong size, we will assess on individual application. Clothes have to be in original condition, with tags & in its original packaging.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, so we that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we process all returns within 10 business days of receiving your items back, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will need to pay for shipping on returned items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method minus shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Postage

You will need to cover the shipping cost of your return to get back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. All refunds will be the total invoice cost less freight costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable
