I want you to absolutely love your Bamboo Sleeps pieces but if something’s not quite right, you’ve got 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange 💛

To get started, just email me at bamboosleeps@gmail.com with your order number and what you’d like to return, and I’ll guide you from there.

✅ Before emailing, please check:

1. Items are unworn, unwashed, with no marks and in original condition
   
2. Tags are still attached
   
3. It’s within 14 days of receiving your order
   
4. The item isn’t a sale or discounted PJ (they’re final sale)
   
5. You’ve got your order number or receipt handy
   

💌 When you email, please confirm that your return meets all of the above so I can get it approved quickly.

📘 Returns Policy

We offer store credit or exchange only for change-of-mind or fit-related returns.

Refunds are only available for faulty items, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Sale and discounted PJs are final sale are unable be returned or exchanged.

If you added the $3 Free Return Guarantee at checkout:

I’ve got you covered! You’ll receive a prepaid return label if your return is approved.

No printer? No worries, just show the email at AusPost and they’ll print it for you.

Only valid if you opted in at checkout. Not available for sale items. For Australian Orders Only.

If you didn’t select the Return Guarantee:

You can still return your item, but you’ll need to cover postage yourself. Use any trackable shipping method, just hang onto the tracking number.

Once we’ve confirmed your return meets the checklist ✅ you can choose the option that suits you best:

If you already know what you’d like instead, you’re welcome to place a new order so you don’t miss out on stock.

I’ll email you a little thank-you discount code of 12% to use on your replacement order 💛

Once your return arrives back with me, I’ll refund the original item.

🌼 Option 2 – Store Credit

If you’d prefer to wait, that’s totally okay.

Once your return is processed, I’ll send you a store credit with no expiry, so you can shop whenever you're ready.

Oh no! Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I'll sort it for you quickly.

We don’t overproduce, we don’t build hidden fees into our pricing, and we don’t operate like big retailers who can absorb endless returns.
