Return Policy

** 18th April 2025 : Trace is currently away until 7th May 2025, so any returns will be processed once she's back. Don't worry - your return window will be extended to account for my time away. Thanks so much for supporting my comfy small biz! Please follow the steps below for a return process. 

We understand that when buying over the internet, it can be harder to find that perfect fit but we really would love you to be always comfy in your bamboo xoxo we do our best with our sizing guides but your more than welcome to reach out to me & i'll help as much as i can.

We have a 30-day return policy, 30 days starts from the date of purchase to when it is received at our warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unmarked & unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging aka the checklist.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of mind (include incorrect sizing) these return items must be returned to us at the customers expense (unless you have chose the $3 return guarantee, please see our shipping policy for more details)

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unmarked & unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging (a try on for sizing is totally ok). We offer 2 options for your return please make contact with us before sending the order back so we can chat about your options. 

The $3 return guarantee you purchased allows you to return items without paying the full postage cost, making the process easier and more affordable. However, as per our policy, refunds are only offered for faulty products. For sizing or fit issues, change of mind we provide two return options, these must be agreed upon before sending back. 

1. Place a new order with a discount (so you can receive the replacement quickly) and we’ll issue a refund for the returned item.

2. Wait until the return is processed and receive a credit note for future use.

As a small business, I’ve worked hard to create a policy that supports our customers while being sustainable for us, and I genuinely want to find a solution that works for you. Please let me know which option you’d like to proceed with, and I’ll ensure everything is handled promptly.

Please select your items with care, as refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty. Should you find your items faulty we will provide a replacement product or where not possible, refund the item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items or gift cards.

Here’s how it works:

1. Opt-In at Checkout : Add the Free Return Guarantee for just $3 when completing your purchase.

2. Request a Return : If you need to return a item, email us within 30 days of your order date.

3. Chat and Approve : We’ll confirm your return meets our checklist requirements and give you two options for your exchange. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label (for Australian orders only).

4. Print or Show the Label

• If you have a printer, print the label and attach it to your package.

• No printer? No problem! Show the emailed label at any Australia Post outlet, and they’ll print it for you.

Important Notes

• The prepaid label is only free if you opted for the $3 guarantee at checkout.

• If you didn’t opt-in, you won’t qualify for this option

PLEASE NOTE THIS ITEM CANNOT BE USED FOR SALE ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your parcel, and let you know if your query was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your original payment method to be processed via bank/credit card or afterpay.

All return exchange shipping is done at the customer's own expense unless the free shipping guarantee was chosen and we recommend you use a-prepaid traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. BAMBOO SLEEPS takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable.
